Please check before make reservations

• You can’t board an airplane within 18 hours after diving.
• Please check Diver medical when you make reservation.
  * If you answered YES to any of the questions on page 2, please read and agree to the statement above by signing and dating it AND take all three pages of this form (Participant Questionnaire and the Physician’s Evaluation Form) to your physician for a medical evaluation. Participation in a diving course requires your physician’s approval.
• We accept 10years old to 60years old for safety .
• If diver is under 18 years old, you must need parents agreement and signature.
• We need to cancel the tour, it depends on weather or sea conditions.

Cancel policy

There will be a cancellation fee involved If you cancel by your reason.

1day before (afte r12pm)- Same day 100％
3days before – 1day before (before 12pm) 50％
7days before-3days before 30％
※If you want to cancel PADI Courses and we already sent text book, we charge only teaching materials.(until 8days before)　

About PADI course

We can’t pay back teaching materials after shipping.
※You can’t visit Ishigaki or join PADI courses, because of your reason.
※We need to cancel the Marine training by typhoon ,weather or seacondithions.
You can’t take Marine training if you don’t finish knowledge review and tests.
